Jerusalem artichoke : Helianthus tuberosus 'Red Fuseau'

Although this plant shares part of it's name with a white skinned tubered plant the tuber is not the same. 'Red Fuseau' has a roundish shape, a bit like a pear. Whereas 'Fuseau' (or incorrectly as 'White Fuseau') has an elongated cylindrical shape. Both tend not to be knobbly.
